Tom MacDermaidI am very pleased and excited to come to Clinic'estetica as a volunteer patient care facilitator and liaison. It is my goal to help others as they explore the options offered through Clinic'estetica. I humbly bring to this role my personal experiences as a patient/client at the clinic and I also come with significant personal experience in medicine/health care. I am a physician, having worked as a Medical Oncologist for over 20 years.
I first came to Clinic'estetica several years ago as a patient/client. I had reached middle age and the years of intense work had taken its toll on me and my physical appearance, affecting my self image. I was looking for ways to improve my physical appearance, soften the effects of a premature aged look and look and feel more refreshed. I found Anna Love and Clinic'estetica in the process and admittedly, as typical mainstream US physician, I was rather skeptical at first, but after a very thorough and insightful interview with Anna, I was convinced that she had terrific insight into what I was saying, what I needed and had extremely keen insight as to what I needed to reach my goals and was ready to do it. Indeed, the results far exceeded my expectations. The improvements gave me a great boost in self confidence in my physical appearance and this clearly carried over in other aspects of my life as well. Apart from that, over the years Anna and I have developed a friendship that I very much appreciate as well. I wish to support her and the clinic as best I can as they work hard to help others reach their personal and unique goals.
Due to an injury and subsequent medical complications, I am not practicing medicine at present. However, given my medical background as a physician and also the aspect of being a patient and client of Clinic'estetica I wish to help participate in this process by helping others exploring or coming to the clinic for their unique and individual personal needs.
